Mohammad Al Qawas has joined Digital Footprint Marketing, becoming a Partner and now leading its Head of Hospitality Solutions division, as reported by Digital Journal, The Daily Herald, and StarTribune Business.

Mr. Al Qawas has over 15 years of international experience in the hospitality industry, having overseen hospitality operations in Dubai, Amman (Jordan), Chicago and New York City. Over the years, he has held various Food and Beverage Management positions for international hotel chains and independent fine dining restaurant operators, including Burj Al Arab Hotel Jumeirah Group, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Okku Dubai, China Grill Dubai, White Dubai and most recently, Alhambra Palace Chicago.

Mr. Al Qawas has developed a portfolio of innovative ideas, concepts and business solutions that take a unique approach towards each business project, delivering key findings and strategic solutions that reflect the objectives of his diverse clients. He works directly with key stakeholders to align strategic initiatives – creating individual and stand-alone restaurants, ensuring a profitable F&B operation from incubation to launch. This includes working with third parties, celebrity chefs, and developing new F&B concepts and creating concepts which can be rolled out and managed in different locations- without losing sight of the uniqueness and specificity of each location.

He advises owners, operators and investors on suitable concepts and assists with the development, operation, and management of stand-alone restaurants, and has managed restaurants on behalf of third parties and guided joint venture concepts.
